• Device Information: We may collect basic device metadata (e.g., OS version, device model) to ensure the App runs correctly.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data strictly for the following purposes:

• To synchronize your subscription data across your devices.
• To send you timely reminders for upcoming payments (via local or push notifications).
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to power certain features of the App:

• Firebase: Used for authentication and database storage (Google Cloud Platform).
• Google AdMob: May be used to display relevant advertisements. AdMob may collect device-specific identifiers to personalize ads.
• Google Play Services: Required for Android app functionality and Google Sign-In.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Your subscription info is stored in encrypted databases in the cloud. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App settings.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To facilitate this, we have provided two methods:

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the "Settings" screen within the Subtrack app.
• Request via Web: Visit our Data Deletion Request page or contact us at the email address provided below. We will process your request within 48 hours.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
