We respect your right to data privacy. You can request the permanent deletion of your Subtrack account and all associated data at any time.

Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover your subscription history, preferences, or account information.

Delete In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly from within the Subtrack app:

Your data will be wiped from the device and our cloud servers immediately.

Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can email us a deletion request. Please include your registered Google email address so we can locate your account.

⏱ What data gets deleted and how long does it take? We will process emailed deletion requests within 48 hours. The following data will be permanently removed: Local subscription data on your device · Cloud-synced subscriptions in our database · Your authentication profile (Google Account link)
